An Unforgettable Evening - We recently had our first Member Night of 2012 to kick of Kidspace’s 16th Annual Caterpillar Adoption Days and Grand Butterfly Release. Despite the chilly weather, Members came out to celebrate with Kidspace and we had a blast! Little ones of all ages were able to explore their creative talents by assembling and wearing their very own butterfly wings and antennae, creating beautiful caterpillar collages with paints and fun materials, and showing off their confectionery skills with cookie decorating.
I would argue that the best part of this Member Night was all of the bubbly, smiling faces of these newly transformed butterflies as they literally fluttered throughout Kidspace to enjoy interactive activities, and to explore the entire museum at their own pace without lines and crowds. It was just one small way to thank our Members for their continuous support, and we look forward to hosting another exciting event for our members this summer when we open Physics Forest!

As many of you may have noticed, numerous changes are taking place at Kidspace; from our newest exhibit, Water Vortex, the first exhibit proudly fabricated in Kidspace’s growing workshop, to the new café operated by The Spot Gourmet and the upcoming grand opening of Physics Forest. Kidspace is continuing to grow, and that means you’re growing with us!

There is too much to do at Kidspace for just one visit. I’m happy to say that we’ve made Kidspace Family Memberships reasonable to accommodate most families. We appreciate our guests and we are happy to offer a membership program that allows for unlimited visits at a very competitive price that will not change even after our upcoming museum expansion with Physics Forest. You will have an even larger space to explore and plenty to discover within the arts, sciences, and humanities at Kidspace.
