Kidspace Group Visit Contract

To ensure a successful visit, please review each item below. Your online submission of this form constitutes your agreement of each of the following terms. If you have any questions, please email groups@kidspacemuseum.org, or call (626) 449-9144 ext. 5218 on weekdays from 9am - 5pm.

I understand that full payment is due no later than fourteen (14)calendar days before the scheduled visit date to secure the group discount. I also understand that failure to make the full payment before the deadline will result in the cancellation of my visit, and all guests in my group will be required to pay the regular admission rate of $10 per person. Kidspace accepts cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Please note that Kidspace does NOT accept Purchase Orders (PO's).

I understand that Kidspace does not refund payments for group visits, regardless of weather, and there are no refunds for group members who do not show up on the day of the visit. I also understand that a group visit to Kidspace may be rescheduled after payment has been received for up to one (1) year from the original visit date based on availability.

I understand that Kidspace requires a ratio of 1 adult (over 21) to every 5 children. For the safety and enjoyment of the children in my group, I agree to provide 1 adult for every 5 children in my group.

I understand that Discovery Programs start promptly. If my group arrives late, I am aware that the length of the program will be impacted. I understand that my group is expected to wait in an orderly fashion outside the museum until checked in by a Kidspace staff member.
