Tots and parents enjoy a morning of science and art exploration, sing-a-long time and active play. For ages 18-36 months; fee is $20 per child. Child must be accompanied by an adult; Register Online.
Camp Rock Friday, September 3 from 2-5pm Come join Radio Disney at Kidspace as you create your own instruments and make your own music. Then join us for an old-fashioned sing-a-long in the amphitheater, and maybe we'll even get to roast some marshmallows!
Labor Day Weekend: The 3rd Annual Farmer Day Saturday, September 4; Sunday, September 5; and Monday, September 6
E-I-E-I-O! Come to Kidspace this Labor Day weekend and wave goodbye to another summer by petting the aniamls and bringing in the crops. Wear your overalls for a down-home country affair.

ART Moves Tuesday mornings, September 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26, and November 2 from 10:00-11:30am Art Moves explores the various art mediums from fine art to movement. It is designed to support children ages 3-4 as they discover their own creativity through hands-on activities. We get messy in Art Moves so wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Twilight Night: Pirates! Friday, September 17 from 5-8pm
Ahoy matey! Arrgh! Get a tattoo, make your own sword and speak like a pirate while having a swash-buckling adventure at Kidspace! Dress like a pirate for the Kidspace costume contest and see if you can win some booty. Enjoy BBQ available for purchase. $5 admission fee; $4 for members.
Day of Dance at Kidspace Saturday, September 25 at 2pm
Lineage Dance Company presents the Third Annual Day of Dance at Kidspace. Children of all ages and abilities can try hip-hop, ballet, modern dance and more. No experience necessary, just bring your dancing (tennis) shoes. Also, enjoy special performances by the Lineage Dance Company.
Free Family Night: Hispanic Heritage Tuesday, October 5 from 4-8pm
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage month with cultural art activities by Lation Heritage from 5 to 7pm and a dance performance by Folklorico Nahuatzen at 6. This program is made possible in part by the Pasadena Art & Culture Commission and the City of Pasadena Cultural Affairs Division.
ArtNight Pasadena Friday, October 8 from 5-10pm
Explore the elements of water fire wind and nature through art. Watch a dance performance on the Ant Climber by Lineage Dance and experience the magic of art and science.
Pumpkin Festival Saturday, October 9 and Sunday October 10 from 10am-5pm
Visit Kidspace during our annual Pumpkin Festival and come inside the museum for some special fun! Crawl through a giant hay maze, take part in a pumpkin carving contest and watch cultural performances in the Stone Hollow Amphitheater.
Great California Shakeout Thursday, October 21
Drop, cover and hold on at Kidspace as we participate in the country’s largest earthquake drill! From October 18th through October 24th, learn more about how the earth moves and shakes. A special exploration will happen daily, where you can move like the earth and hear legends from around the world. Free Family Night: Native Traditions Tuesday, November 3 from 4-10pm
Experience the oral tradition of Native American storytelling. Jacque Nuñez will lead children and families on a journey into the lifestyle of the California Indian, in particular the Acjachemen Nation. Jacque shares through stories and songs her people’s indigenous tools, instruments, games and clothing. This program is made possible in part by the Pasadena Art & Culture Commission and the City of Pasadena Cultural Affairs Division.
Holiday Day Camp Friday, November 26 Morning Session 9am-1pm Afternoon Session 1-5pm
Holiday season has begun! To help ease the hustle and bustle of this time of year, Kidspace invites parents to bring their children, ages 4-7, to the Holiday Day Camp. Museum Educators will engage kids in fun games, holiday crafts and activities within a safe environment. Campers will also create holiday gifts to share with their families! Fee: $60 per session, or $110 all day. Register online.

Kidspace Rosebud Parade Saturday, December 4 from 8-11am on South Lake
Decorate your bikes, trikes and wagons with colorful flowers, streamers and flags! You are invited to parade down South Lake Avenue in this pint-sized version of the historic Pasadena Rose Bowl Parade! Decorating begins at 8am; Parade starts at 10am. Arrive early! Tournament of Roses Exhibition Sunday, December 5
Kidspace and the Tournament of Roses Association host an exhibition of winning rose sculptures from Pasadena schools. Student artists will be recognized by the 2011 Rose Court and Tournament representatives for their outstanding creativity.

Make Your Mark on Kidspace Saturday, December 11- Sunday, December 12
Make your artistry a permanent part of Kidspace! Purchase and decorate a ceramic tile that will be mounted on the tile wall at the Mark S. Taper Climbing Towers. Each tile is $25 and goes towards supporting the daily operations of Kidspace Children’s Museum.
Snow Days! Sunday, December 26-Tuesday, December 28
It’s a winter wonderland! Get your mittens, jacket, and hat ready to play in real snow at Kidspace. Come make snowmen, snowballs, and even snow angels! Learn how snow is formed in nature and enjoy traditional winter crafts including snowflake making, cookie decorating, pinecone ornaments and more!
Noon Year’s Eve Friday, December 31 at 12pm A Kidspace tradition! Count down to the “noon” year at 12:00 p.m. as we celebrate with streamers, sparkling cider, live music and a balloon drop. A fun way to ring in the “noon” year with young children.
