Girl Scouts Programs at Kidspace Children’s Museum

Kidspace engages children & families through hands-on exploration of our natural world. As an extension of this commitment we are proud to offer the following Girl Scout programs:

Patch Days: From Caterpillar to Butterfly—90 minutes

Participants will learn from a Museum Educator how a caterpillar grows and becomes a butterfly.  Trough hands-on activities that will highlight habitat, adaptations and anatomical features, Girl Scouts will be able to earn a Kidspace patch.  Each Girl Scout will take their own caterpillar to care for at home and watch it become a butterfly.  $25 per Girl Scout fee includes Museum admission, patch, caterpillar, program supplies and Museum Educator facilitation.  Adults pay $10 admission.
