Southern California's premier children's museum offers almost four acres of interactive learning environments with age-appropriate programs and activities for children pre-k to grade 4. A Kidspace field trip is your group's all-access pass to a full day of learning and play.
Please Note: Field trips are available for groups of 15 or more children and must be reserved with full payment at least two weeks in advance. Kidspace requires at least one adult for every five children. Field trips cannot be booked over the telephone or via email. The online reservation form must be completed in order to request a field trip.

Group Discounts
14 Calendar Days Prior to your visit Click Here to Request a Visit
If you book and pay for your group visit no later than 14 calendar days prior you receive the following discounts
- All teachers with group are free
- Five additional adult chaperones receive free admission (additional adults pay same as children)
- Self-Guided Visits are $7 per person
- Discovery Programs are $9 per person (includes admission)
- Seasonal Discovery Programs are $10 per person (includes admission)
Less than 14 Calendar Days Prior to your visit (Limited Availability) Click Here to Request a Visit
If you book and pay for your visit less than 14 calendar days prior to your visit you receive the following discounts:
- All teachers with group are free
- Self-Guided Visits are $8 per person (No adult chaperone free admissions)
- Discovery and Seasonal Discovery Programs are not available for booking less than 14 days prior.
Same Day Group Visits (Subject to Museum Capacity)
If you arrive at the museums with a groups of 15 children or more with no prior paid reservation your group may or may not be able to enter based on museum capacity. The following will apply
- All teachers with group are free
- Self-Guided Visits are $10 per person (No adult chaperone free admissions)
- Discovery and Seasonal Discovery Programs are not available for groups arriving with no prior paid reservation.
ALL TITLE I SCHOOLS RECEIVE 1 FREE RETURN CHILD ADMISSION PASS WITH PAID GROUP RESERVATION. (These passes are for a future visit and cannot be used for a group visit. Child must be accompanied by a paying adult when using the pass)
Payment
Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or by check. Admission passes, discount coupons or Kidspace memberships may not be applied towards group visit payment. Kidspace does NOT accept Purchase Orders (POs). Mail payment with invoice to: Kidspace Children’s Museum, 480 N. Arroyo Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91103.
Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled visit date. If payment is not received at this time, your visit will be subject to cancellation. No payment or adjustment to your group count will be made on the day of your visit. Kidspace cannot refund groups for guests that do not arrive on the day of the visit.
