How does my Group check in?

A Kidspace staff member will meet your Group outside the museum entrance for a short orientation. Once rules and directions have been explained, Kidspace staff will walk your Group into the museum. If a Kidspace staff member is not outside of the museum when you arrive, please send in the group leader to notify our Greeter.

 

What happens if my Group is running late?

Please arrive on time. If your Group is running late, please call the museum at 626-449-9144 ext.5218. Please note: Discovery Programs may be shortened or cancelled due to late arrival.

 

How do I make a payment for our Group Visit?

To pay with a credit/debit card, please call (626) 449-9144 ext. 5218 or fax your Invoice with the card information to (626) 449-9985. To pay with a check, please mail a copy of your Invoice and a check made out to Kidspace Children’s Museum. You will receive a Payment Confirmation email within three business days of receiving payment.

 

Can I pay the day of our visit?

Full payment is required 2 weeks before your visit date. Any guest who has not prepaid will be charged the $14 full admission. Kidspace does not refund, credit, or adjust for any guests who do not attend.

 

Where can we eat/store lunches?

Kidspace has limited space available to store Group lunches. If you cannot store your lunches on a bus, gather lunches in one or two labeled containers, and a staff member will direct you to storage areas during check in. School groups are welcome to eat in Brookside Park at the picnic tables located just outside the Museum.

 

What happens if it rains?

Groups will be directed to our indoor exhibits. Kidspace does not refund payment regardless of weather. If payment has been received, a group visit may be rescheduled within one year from the original date.
