Annual Benefit for Kidspace Children's Museum

Kidspace Children's Museum supporters dressed to the theme "British Invasion" at this year's benefit held at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena on February 1, 2020. More than 300 people attended this year's benefit, which included a cocktail reception, dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions. Circle of Friend's President, Kate Kohorst said, "The Cirlce is so pleased with the turnout and funds raised at this year's benefit. The 'British Invasion' theme provided for festive costumes and the guests had a blast, as evidenced by the incredible funds raised. I am especially proud to have been able to work with my benefit co-chairs, Christine and Mary."

Support from this annual event provides funds for Kidspace's annual fund and Kidspace for All access programs. Your support helps make a difference in the lives of children in Southern California-- just one day at Kidspace can spark imagination and wonder. In 2019, more than 90,000 children and their families will visit Kidspace because of the Kidspace for All access programs.

Each time the annual benefit is held, it has a new and exciting theme – and our guests spare no expense or creative inch in decking themselves out in fun costumes. Normally held on the first Saturday in February, it’s an event not to be missed!

This themed party is a chance to not only celebrate Kidspace but to help the Circle of Friends support the world-class exhibits and programs that have made Kidspace such a wonderful part of children’s lives and a resource for the community. Through these kinds of efforts, we can continue to help Kidspace welcome all children to nearly 4 acres of fun, unique, and primarily outdoor learning experiences.
